The municipal gallery of Sandino was inaugurated in 1989. Its objective is to promote and promote the artistic talent of the territory, managing to exhibit in its room an acceptable program of exhibitions of relevant artists both provincial and national. It consists of an exhibition hall and 3 workers.

Other spaces such as the PNR Transitional Room, Prisons, Hemodialysis Room, Mother's Home Room Popular Councils and schools have a stable program served by the Gallery in the municipality the same has an adequate technical-constructive state. The gallery serves 7 artists. It also has 3 projects of appreciation and creation, which mix the visual arts with literature and performing arts and also creates a space for dialogue, monthly, with the artists in each sample. It has characterized spaces and an intentional varied programming for all age groups.
