The municipal gallery of Viñales was inaugurated in 1988. Its objective is to promote  the artistic talent of the territory, managing to exhibit in its halls an acceptable program of exhibitions of relevant artists both provincial and national. It consists of 2 exhibition hall and 3 workers

Other spaces are  Lobby of the CINE (CPC) and Room of PNR (PNR), Popular Councils and schools have a stable programming taken care of by the Gallery in the municipality the same one counts on an adequate technical-constructive state. The gallery serves 14 artists. It also has 2 projects of appreciation and creation, which mix the visual arts with literature and performing arts and also creates a space for dialogue, monthly, with the artists in each sample. It has characterized spaces and an intentional varied programming for all age groups.
