Description of the procedure: Application made by Cuban emigrants who intend to establish their residence again in the national territory, will be formulated by those interested in Cuban consulates abroad or in the MININT processing bodies. It may also be requested by the reference person residing in Cuba.

Requirements for denial of return in the national territory:

-Physical presence of the holder.Passport.
-Entrance application form (AP-1) an original and a copy.
-Form of the reference person in Cuba (AP-3) an original and a copy.
-Identity document of the reference person in Cuba.
-Affidavit of the reference person who in Cuba undertakes to guarantee his or her accommodation and food when applicable, until the interested party can have his or her own housing and income.
-Payment of tax on stamps in accordance with that established by the Ministry of Finance and Prices.

- Resolution No. 44 of the Minister of the Interior of 13 October 2012.
- Law No. 113/2012 of the Tax System of the Ministry of Finance and Prices.
