Purchase of LPG: changing of cylinder

The cost of changing the cylinder is $110.00 CUP and is made at the points of sale corresponding to each customer.

Documents to present to buy GLP

  1. LPG customer card.
  2. Last sales receipt.
  3. Identity card of the one who is going to buy.
  4. Empty cylinder whose number corresponds to that of the service received by the customer.

Modification to the contract

You can make a request to change the name and address of the contract, as long as you are the owner of the contract.

Where: at the Liquefied Gas Commercial House located at  D Street Final (Interior)#2, at the back of S/I Hermanoz Cruz.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 08:00 am to 12:00 and from 01:00 pm to 04:00 pm and Wednesdays and Saturdays from 08:00 am to 2:00 pm

NOTE: The last working day of the month will be worked until 12:00 m.

NOTE: Sales Point # 8 of the Celso Maragoto Cast will work every day in the schedules established for the rest of the points but, in this case run their workday until 6:00 pm until Saturdays and Sundays would be from 08:00 am to 12:00 m.

We inform you that as part of the implementation of line No. 249 of the Economic and Social Policy of the Party and the Revolution, the sale of liquefied gas began in our province on June 5, 2017, in correspondence with the premise that it would be carried out in the first moment, in the urban centers of the provincial capitals. In our province was approved by the authorized authorities, the scope to the 8 popular councils of the urban helmet of the city being these: Hermanos Cruz, Hermanos Barcón, Ceferino Fernández, Cuba Libre, Celso Maragoto, Carlos Manuel, Capitán San Luis and 10 de Octubre, not so with the rest of the Popular Councils, which do not comply with the aforementioned premise, as they are outside the demarcation of the urban area of the city of Pinar del Río.

It is the country's policy from 2018 to implement the sale of LPG released in the urban area of the municipal capitals, according to the possibilities of importing the necessary resources so allow, without authorization to extend to other territories so far.

The Customer Care Group is located in an office within the LPG Commercial House. The population is served every Tuesday from 8.00am -12m and from 1.00pm-4.00pm.
